Accommodation for SPHERE23

Accommodation

WithSecure will make your hotel reservation and cover your accommodation expenses between 23 and 25 May. The hotels we are partnering with are Radisson Aleksanteri, GLO hotel Art, and Clarion Hotel Helsinki – all conveniently located near the SPHERE23 event location. Upon your registration, we will confirm your booking, including which hotel we have secured for you.

Please note that confirming these details might take some time as we are currently processing over 400 registrations.

Plan to stay longer in Helsinki?

  • If you wish to extend your stay in Helsinki, you will need to make your own booking and cover expenses. Radisson Aleksanteri, GLO Hotel Art, and Clarion Hotel Helsinki all currently have availability during that time, but keep in mind that Helsinki gets very busy in late May, so getting a room for extra nights may be difficult as the event draws closer. 
  • If you are yet to register your place at SPHERE23, please note that we confirm new bookings with each of these hotels twice a week, and as each has a slightly different booking process, allow for a slight delay in getting your confirmation. After you have received your hotel booking confirmation, feel free to contact them for any extra nights.
  • If these hotels do indeed fill up before you can book your extended stay, fear not, Helsinki has many other beautiful hotel options too!
