Product lifecycle announcement

Effective 31 March 2022, we will be closing the Mobile Services Platform which is used to provision and license the F-Secure  Mobile Security product.

This in effect means the End of Life of the F-Secure Mobile Security product in all forms.

B2B Partners and customers who have been using the F-Secure  Mobile Services Platform will have to migrate to the F-Secure  Elements solution, which brings the following benefits

·       Central Management via the F-Secure  Elements Security Center

·       Ability to secure network connections with a VPN connection

·       Easier deployment and maintenance of new client versions

F-Secure  will ensure that partners have the required accounts and subscriptions on the F-Secure  Elements solution, and will provide migration instructions for partners and end customers. We regret any inconvenience that this causes to our partners and end customers, but it is a necessary step to ensure we can provide the best products and protection in the future.

Support for the Client Security 14-series will come to an end on 30 April 2022, after which we cannot guarantee the functionality of the product series.

The replacing product is F-Secure Business Suite 15-series.

Support for F-Secure Cloud Protection for Salesforce version 1.6.x will come to an end on 30 June 2021, after which we cannot guarantee the functionality of the product series.

The replacing product is F-Secure Cloud Protection for Salesforce, version 1.7.x.

F-Secure is committed to supporting the latest Salesforce platform updates and providing full product compatibility with new releases before they are deployed to production environments. When changes introduced in a Salesforce platform release break compatibility, WithSecure may release new versions of the Cloud Protection application to address and fix compatibility issues.

We highly recommend that you upgrade to the newest version as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee full protection and functionality when the old product is used on a new Salesforce platform.

Support for the Scanning & Reputation Server 12-series will come to an end on 30 June 2021, after which we cannot guarantee the functionality of the product series.

The replacing product is F-Secure Atlant for Virtual Environments.
