The NIS2 Directive will impact organizations with 50+ employees
NIS2 applies to companies that provide essential or important services to the European economy and society. Many organizations employing between 50 and 250 people would have been exempt from the old NIS Directive and will now be affected by NIS2.

NIS2 was created in the hope that more robust security practices across the EU will create a safer society for everyone. In this sense, complying with NIS2 is simply the right thing to do. Furthermore, entities that do not comply with NIS2 will be subject to sanctions, including cancelled business licenses and heavy fines.
