Donato Capitella
Principal Security Consultant
With over a decade of experience in the cybersecurity field, Donato joined WithSecure in September 2012 as a security consultant. His tenure has been marked by leading cutting-edge penetration testing for web applications and networks, as well as spearheading goal-driven adversary simulation and purple team activities. Donato's recent research interest is in the security of autonomous agents created using Large Language Models.
Alongside his core responsibilities, Donato has invested in building and enhancing the knowledge base within the industry. He has designed, developed, and delivered a variety of training courses, including WithSecure's current Secure Software Engineering offering. These courses show Donato's commitment to fostering a culture of continuous learning and security awareness, both within WithSecure and the broader cybersecurity community.
